That's why we take great care in our shipping process to ensure that your jewellery arrives in perfect condition, ready to be cherished for years to come. Our shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be shown at checkout. We know how exciting it is to receive your new jewellery, so we do our best to ship out orders within 2-3 business days. If you have any special requests or need your order to arrive by a certain date, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Miran jewellery as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please note that all pieces must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received. If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll do everything we can to make it right. We take great pride in the quality of our handmade pieces and want you to enjoy them for years to come.
